Easy to Use

Due to the design of the dashboard, a manager can view the situation at a glance. Two lists are presented with the status of volunteers and the status of positions that need to be filled. Red items indicate positions for which action must be taken immediately, yellow indicates items that require attention and green indicates other items. Items requiring attention are placed at the top of the list to make sure they are seen.
Using RFID cards (Radio Frequency Identification), registration, position changes, availability and other actions are executed quickly with minimal interaction with the software.

Volunteer Resource Management

All relevant information is stored in its database. The software can even be used between events to enter information on new volunteers. During events, information about time worked is stored to be viewed later.
The database is hosted in a single location and multiple workstations can work together on it simultaneously. In addition, data can be hosted on a Web server and workstations can access data via the Internet.

Information Security

The software provides two levels of security for users. This way, only administrators have access to confidential information, while regular users have access to all other information.
